1. The tool is generally made of cemented carbide material, which has the characteristics of high speed, high milling accuracy and high processing efficiency, ensuring the precision of the produced products;

2. Material: Be sure to use the new standard material for machining of aluminum parts. The addition of recycled materials cannot be used to reduce costs, so when purchasing raw materials, choose a large raw material supply line that has long-term cooperation.

3. Cutting fluid: The cutting fluid has good heat dissipation and lubricating effects during the machining process, but the cutting fluid will contain some alkaline components, which will corrode the surface of aluminum. Therefore, the cutting fluid must contain more Moisture, control PH value, which can protect the surface of aluminum parts.

4.
